Expectations of an Uckfield Lion

Uckfield & District Lions Club is an organisation which is run entirely by volunteers and although attendance is not mandatory, in order to continue to provide resources for fund raising and service activities, the following meetings and functions should be considered as 'should attend' if possible by all Uckfield Lions:

- Business Meetings (2nd Wednesday of the month)
- Dinner Meetings (4th Wednesday of the month)
- Charter Anniversary (mid-February each year)
- Fund Raising events

Other things that Uckfield Lions undertake on a regular basis in order to support some of the service activities include:

- Drive the Mini Bus for a Sunday Run (one per year between May and September)
- Clean the Mini Bus (normally twice a year)
- Help at the Senior Citizens Christmas Party (early December each year)
